Our 9-seat bespoke sauna is paired with two filtered and cooled steel ice baths for revitalising and crystal clear cold plunges – all precision temperature-controlled for the ultimate hot–cold therapy experience.
On-site, you’ll also find changing rooms, showers, lockers, and everything you need for a seamless visit.

How to find us
We’re located in the heart of Fishponds at Filwood House, BS16 3RY, just a short walk from JD Gym and the cycle path.
If you’re driving, please park on Filwood Road – parking inside the complex may result in your car being blocked in. For sat nav, enter Filwood House – our entrance is just 10 feet away, under the trees.
